The Adirondack Farm to School Initiative has taken an active role in writing, facilitating, and supporting food, farm, and garden curriculum. Programming has ranged from standards-aligned school day curriculum, to after-school and extracurricular activities for students K-12.

Shelburne Farms (Educators)- Shelburne Farms a few miles southwest of Burlington, VT hosts a variety of educator retreats on Farm to School and Sustainability. Scholarships and continuing education credits are often available. Their Sustainable Schools Project (K-8) has example lessons on Food, Environment, Farming, and Social Justice.
The Edible Schoolyard (K-12) - The California-based organization hosts one of the most comprehensive garden based education curriculum libraries on the web.
National Agriculture (K-12) - online standards-aligned K-12 curriculum with agricultural focus.
NY Agriculture in the Classroom (K-12) - focus on Maple, Dairy, and Social Studies relevant to NY.
Nourish Curriculum (6-10) - Sweeping curriculum on food & sustainability, meant to accompany the Nourish PBS Special, although much of it stands on its own.
IATP Farm to School Youth Leadership Curriculum
(9-12) - The Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy developed this curriculum to facilitate student leaders as they reach out to farmers and develop a Farm to School program and menus with the cafeteria staff.
Veggiecation (3-8) - classroom appropriate recipes and cooking kits are available here.
Food Span (9-12) - Inquiry based curriculum on the food system and its intersections with public health, food waste, equity and justice.
Cornell Cooperative Extension (CCE) (K-8) - citizen science, lesson plans and garden resources designed for NY educators.
